We know that the normal nowadays is different than it used to be, so we created this page to keep you updated about any changes that could affect your gifting plans including shipping and store information, pickup options and return policies.
This holiday season, we are happy to continue to offer $5.00 shipping on almost every item in our store until December 24th, 2020.
2020 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Most of our online orders ship with the United States Postal Service and in some cases, UPS. Based on their recently published shipping guidelines, we suggest that all orders that are to be delivered before Christmas be made no later than December 11th, 2020***.
A Note on Animation Art:
We physically stock a large quantity of Animation Art available for purchase on our website at our brick and mortar location in Sacramento, CA. Some animation art for sale at stagenine.com dropships directly from the studios in Los Angeles, CA. This process can occasionally add a day or two to the fulfillment process. That being the case, we recommend that all orders for animation art that need to be received before Christmas day be placed no later than December 12th, 2020.
***Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times frames for any orders and we are unable to accept refund or return requests due to concerns caused by shipping delays that are beyond our control. Please refer to our terms of service and return policy for more information.
In-Store Pick Up
The majority of our online inventory is eligible for in-store pickup. Generally, in-stock items are ready for pickup the next business day or sooner.
Some items available for purchase on our website are special order items that arrive to use directly from our vendors. If you place a pickup order for a special order item your wait time for fulfillment may be up to 5 business days. We will let you know that it is ready for pickup as soon as it arrives.
Local delivery is available for a nominal fee of $10. To qualify for local delivery, your order total must meet or exceed $100 and your shipping address must be within our established service area (within 20 miles of downtown Sacramento). Local delivery is subject to product availability. Some exceptions apply. Local delivery orders for in-stock items are generally delivered within 24 hours. Similarly to in-store pickup orders, if you request local delivery for a special order item that is not in stock at the time of purchase, your wait time for delivery may be up to 5 business days. We will keep you informed in such situations. Our suggested holiday shipping cutoffs also apply to local delivery orders.
