Return in store
You may return any item purchased on stagenine.com that meets the above eligibility criteria at our brick and mortar location, Stage Nine Entertainment Store at 102 K Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. We recommend that you call ahead to verify our current store hours. For faster return processing, please bring your packing slip (if you received one), or your receipt, the credit card used to make your purchase, and a valid photo ID.
Return by mail via the carrier of your choice
If you received a packing slip, place a copy of the packing slip in the box with your return. If you did not receive a packing slip, you may use a printed copy of the confirmation email you received when placing your order. Then, place the completed form in the box with your return. Put the return label on the package, add postage and mail it via the carrier of your choice. Returns will be processed and your refund issued within 5 business days from the receipt of your item(s).
