If you have questions about an existing order, please be sure to include your order number or your name & date of the order.
We strive to respond to all requests received during regular business hours (M-F, 10AM to 5PM) in 90 minutes or less.
Online Order Pick Up Hours:
In-store pick-up hours are Monday - Friday from 11AM to 4PM***.
If you have not received a 'pick-up ready' notification email, please contact us to verify that your order is ready.
