The Carnation Ice Cream Parlor occupies prime real estate on Main Street in Disneyland and can still be visited today. This Original 1990's Disneyland Carnation Ice Cream Parlor Placemat, found on every table's place setting, and Toque autographed by Disney Chef Oscar Martinez. Chef Oscar Martinez is the longest employed worker at Disneyland and is the mastermind behind the most popular breakfast, "Oscar's Choice". This has been expertly preserved and framed.
