This set of chairs comes to us from the Carnation Cafe on Main Street USA in Disneyland Park. The Carnation Cafe was known as the Carnation Cafe Ice Cream Parlor until 1997 when the Nestle company pulled sponsorship, but allowed Disney to keep using the "Carnation" name.
